Dark Bowser is the final boss of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Dark Bowser is a manifestation of Bowser that the Dark Star created in order to battle Bowser. This epic fight between Bowser and Dark Bowser ultimately created a worthy adversary for Bowser at full power and was cool enough to deserve to make this list.

Daroach

Daroach is the mysterious leader of the Squeak Squad who appear in Kirby: Squeak Squad. Daroach commands an army of powerful mice who steal Kirby's cake, causing Kirby to go on a journey to get it back. In the midst of the journey, Daroach becomes possessed by Dark Nebula, the final boss of the game, and is fought twice throughout the game's story.

Lakitu is one of those enemies in Mario games that you just hate to see. You know that for the entire level, you're going to be avoiding his constant array of spinies that he vigorously throws at you, unless of course, you can time your jumps well enough to actually kill him and steal his cloud.

Darknuts are powerful, dark swordsman who serve Ganondorf and test Link's swordplay later in the games they appear in. Of course, the most memorable of these Darknuts would be in Wind Waker, when you have to maneuver well enough to actually strike off its armor, before you can even land a blow on the deadly swordsman.

Lyon

Lyon is the childhood friend of the protagonists Ephraim and Eirika from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones. Somewhere down the line, after failing to save his father from death, Lyon reached out to a powerful demon in order to try and save his father's life. Lyon eventually became corrupted by this demon and began a conquest of all the kingdoms, including the one belonging to his friends.

Not to be confused with Bowser Jr (Bowser's son), Baby Bowser is actually Bowser as a child, before he began kidnapping Princess Peach. In the Yoshi series, Baby Bowser orders Kamek to kidnap Baby Mario and Baby Luigi, but is always thwarted by Yoshi in the end. Even as a baby, Bowser is a powerful adversary, despite how much of a whiny brat he is.

Blood Falcon is a clone created from Captain Falcon's DNA. The catch? His sole purpose is to carry out the evil acts of his master, Black Shadow. Black Shadow has given Blood Falcon the task to defeat and eliminate Captain Falcon, so that there can be "only one true Falcon: Blood Falcon."

Gohma has appeared in one form or another throughout the entire Zelda franchise. What can be more nasty than a GIANT FREAKING SPIDER? Not only that, but she spawns small eggs containing littler giant spiders that attack Link. In Twilight Princess, Armogohma is a giant spider, whom when you kill it, it's eyeball becomes a spider. Too many spiders! Kill them, Link! Kill them!

The Shadow Sirens are a group of shadow-beings who appear as minor antagonists in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It turns out the entire game happened because of them. They spread a rumor about treasure in the Thousand-Year Door to lure Princess Peach to their master, the Shadow Queen, who needed a pure-hearted maiden to possess and take over the world.

Leon is a veteran member of the Star Wolf team and the only member other than Wolf to actually stay on the team throughout the entire series. Not much is known about Leon other than he is sly, creepy and absolutely HATES Falco. He is to Falco what Wolf is to Fox, a bitter rival who wishes to crush the competition.
