Mother Brain (Super Metroid)
Mother Brain is the Aurora Unit and Super Computer that is a high ranking member of the Space Pirates. Her origins are unknown, but she is speculated to either be an Aurora Unit hijacked and corrupted by the Space Pirates or a super-computer that was created by the Space Pirates. Her primary function is to organize the Space Pirate forces and bond with the Metroid species so that the Space Pirates can use them as bio-weapons against the Galactic Federation. In Super Metroid, she takes on a bipedal form to fight Samus, only being defeated when a baby Metroid turns on her and leaves her in a weakened state.

Koume and Kotake (Ocarina of Time)
Koume and Kotake, also known as Twinrova, are twin Gerudo sorceresses that appear in multiple Zelda titles. They always appear when the game has to do with Ganondorf, as they are his loyal minions and surrogate mothers, raising him in the dark arts from when he was a child.  The Metroids are the powerful bioweapons that appear in the Metroid franchise. They were created by the Chozo in order to combat a parasite known as X. The Space Pirates tried to use these creatures to attack the Galactic Federation on multiple occasions, causing Samus Aran to go on a mission to exterminate the species entirely.
