Super Smash Bros. 4 Predictions: Veterans (SSB)

So we are starting a new segment over the next couple weeks called Super Smash Bros. 4 Predictions. In this segment, we will predict the roster of Smash Bros. 4 that is to be released in the next few years on the Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. We will include the character we propose will be on the roster and the percent chance we think that character has of actually being on the roster.
