Number 10
Darth Maul
Now this one is a little unfair. Darth Maul has some great backstory and character development in the expanded universe and the Clone Wars TV Series. However, in the movies, Darth Maul is an extremely underwhelming and lame antagonist. Despite looking more menacing than any Sith in the movie series, Darth Maul virtually does nothing. He speaks only once in the entire film and he just barely manages to kill one Jedi before getting sliced in half. A very poor choice for the start of a new trilogy after the great villains in the original trilogy.
Number 9
Rune Haako
Many of you should remember this Prequel Trilogy character, but I doubt any of you knew his name. That is because Rune Haako is basically just Nute Gunray's bitch. He is in various scenes with him, but barely does anything and just sort of stands there. If he is such an important member of the Trade Federation, how come he has absolutely no voice on any matter? Rune Haako is one of those characters who really just did not need to be there at any point in the series.
Number 8
Lobot
For the most part, the original trilogy didn't have many terrible characters. However, Lobot was just a stupid idea. I'm not exactly sure if he was just an organic looking droid or a human being mind controlled by that head piece, but either way, he just seems to be an incredibly stupid creation. Not to mention unethical.
Number 7
Nurse Droid
Here it is. Episode 3. The birth of Luke and Leia. Something that could have been a fantastic moment in the franchise. Unfortunately, the mood is ruined by this stupid Nurse droid who says some random gibberish each time one of the twins is born, only for Obi Wan to translate her stupid sounds. For what reason did we need this?

Greedo Child
Many of you may remember Greedo from Episode IV who tries to kill Han Solo. Well, supposedly the kid who was friends with Anakin that resembles Greedo may possibly have been him. WTF! This kid is super annoying and bitchy to Anakin. Way to ruin a character from the Original Trilogy!

Pod Racing Announcers
While the Pod Racing bits themselves were horrendously boring, the only thing making them unbearable were the commentators. I came here to watch Star Wars, not some shitty characters narrate something I am actually watching on-screen.
Number 4
Kid Anakin Skywalker
Anakin as a child, while necessary, was terribly handled. This kid just got more annoying and annoying as time went on. Not only was the actor just poor quality, but some of his lines like "Now this is Pod Racing" were just cheesy beyond belief. It is hard to imagine that this shitty actor grows up to become James Earl Jones' voice.
Number 3
Kid Boba Fett
There is no child in the Prequel Trilogy that is as annoying as Boba Fett. While Anakin's actor was bad, Boba's was both bad AND ugly. All he did was hide the entire movie and cling on to his daddy like some little bitch. This guy becomes the Bounty Hunter who captures Han Solo? Please.

Jar Jar Binks
I know. Surprising. Jar Jar Binks isn't #1? How is that possible? Well, he is #2 and that is bad enough. I don't think we need to explain why Jar Jar Binks is so bad, he's pretty self explanatory. Complete filler character who annoyed the hell out of anyone with ears.

Queen Amidala Decoy
There is so much wrong with Episode I, but nothing tops this character. Now, many of you might not know, but this character was played by Keira Knightly. Now, Keira Knightly is actually quite a good actress, so WHY WAS SHE SO BAD IN THIS? First of all, the character is just ugly. She looks like some sort of jube jube is growing out of her neck. Second, I have never seen such a poor display of acting in my entire life. It was literally like they picked up some random hooker off the streets and put her in front of a teleprompter to simply progress the story. And she was such a major part of the story too. She had so many lines. So many poorly delivered lines. At least Jar Jar Binks was just an annoying character. This character actually bored the shit out of everything she did. Holy. Keira Knightly. Wow.
