Yesterday, a few members of our team attended the Best Buy Demo and tried Super Mario 3D World and Mario Kart 8. Here are some videos of our demo footage and some comments.
Mario Kart 8
Demoed By: Giuliano V.
Giuliano V: Played as Koopa.
Giuliano V: Plays very similar to all other Mario Karts.
Giuliano V: Gamepad controls are fun with a horn on the gamepad to honk whenever you want.
Giuliano V: Not enough anti-gravity portions in the demo, but the concept it great.
Giuliano V: A mixture between Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 7 with some new twists.
Giuliano V: Overall great game, can't wait to see the amazing tracks they come up with.
Super Mario 3D World
Demoed By: Matteo C, Matteo I, & Justin D
Matteo C: Played as Luigi.
Matteo I: Played as Mario.
Justin D: Played as Peach.
Matteo C: Fantastic game, really enjoyed it.
Justin D: Peach doesn't run as fast as the other characters.
Matteo C: Green star collecting replaces Star Coin collecting.
